Family Procedure

Family ProcedureExpert commentaries, written by the @eGlance team, on the new family procedure rules.

The Family Procedure Rules 2010 represent the greatest overhaul of practice and procedure in relation to family justice in two decades. The FPR is a new and comprehensive code intended to unify, rationalise, modernise and harmonise the previously diverse rules in operation in relation to different aspects of family law.

These legal changes were covered in Financial Remedies under the Family Procedure Rules and its accompanying website, which contains the full text of the book, as well as links to continually-updating sources online.
